Another insightful, clear and helpful post from @theblacknurserymanager today. I highly highly recommend going and following and reading her work which focusses on anti-racist practice in early years. I learn so much everytime I check out the feed. There is also a donate button you can find by clicking the link in the bio- so if you have the funds you can pay something for all the free labour and resources 🙌🏼👌🏼💰

Yesterday, whilst deep into a conversation about animals, parallel universes and other planets I asked a young person "what do you think about aliens?". Meaning, mostly, do you think they exist? Without missing a beat they responded "I think we should treat them the same as anyone else!" Seeming indignant that I might ever suggest otherwise. 👽
